Nathaniel Fox is a skilled bookkeeping specialist with Perfectly Polley, a Virtual Office Management company that provides done-for-you bookkeeping services, as well as coaching and consulting to help businesses optimize their use of QuickBooks Online (QBO).
He joined the team in 2025 with the goal of providing financial security for his family while working remotely—a decision that has allowed him to combine his analytical strengths with his love for problem-solving.
Nathaniel approaches bookkeeping with the mindset of a strategist. A lifelong enthusiast of board games and logic puzzles, he sees QBO as another challenge to be mastered—bringing clarity and structure to complex financial systems with precision and creativity.
In addition to his work in finance, Nathaniel is currently serving with his wife Pame in La Paz, Bolivia, where he teaches music through NICS (Network of International Christian Schools). His role is more than educational—it’s deeply missional.
