I am the founder, owner, and Chief Heart Officer of Perfectly Polley, a Virtual Office Management company specializing in bookkeeping for small-to-medium businesses. My husband, Daniel, and I live in Louisville, KY with our daughter and five boys. I started Perfectly Polley to do what I love - help clients track, manage, and understand their finances - while having the flexibility to take care of our home and our family.
With thirteen years of accounting experience and a track record of satisfied clients from a variety of industries including creatives, construction and maintenance, health, sales, and executive coaching - I do what I do best - give you and your team back 10, 15, or 20 hours a week so you and your team can function in YOUR BUSINESS GENIUS!

While you don’t need an accounting degree to understand bookkeeping, most people could use some help in interpreting their financial documents and keeping up with the money that comes and goes out of their business. It is essential that you understand your financial statements and feel comfortable with your numbers. Depending on the Perfectly Polley Package you select, we will communicate monthly, weekly, or daily, ensuring you have clarity concerning all your financial matters.
In addition to integrity and clarity, I value transparency in work with clients. You will always have the ability to access and examine everything I am doing on your behalf. With openness and accountability, I will provide you with all the information you need and want concerning your finances.
